Through active asset management strategies such as undertaking selective renovation and refurbishment works in compliance with prevailing planning and other relevant regulations, we will seek to enhance the income yield of the property.

Phillip Japan Fund Management (PJFM)

Phillip Japan Fund Management (PJFM) was established in 2006 with the objective of investing in real estate in Japan. Its target investment assets include residential, commercial and industrial properties which provide value-retention investment opportunities. PJFM aims to achieve stable mid- to long-term earnings and asset growth through investment in properties located primarily in the major metropolitan areas like Tokyo, Osaka and Nagoya.

In 2006, PJFM launched its first private equity real estate fund focusing on well located residential properties in Tokyo. With PJFM committing extensive resources to research and planning, the fund has benefited from specialist knowledge in the Japanese real estate market, as well as in the arena of accounting, tax, legal and regulatory issues.  

Going forward, PJFM will build on its strengths in a move to expand its asset scale, and to establish stable annual dividend yield as well as opportunity for significant capital gains to investors.
